History

Commodore Maritime Solutions Inc. (CMSI) was established in 2007 as an exclusive agent of Maritime Partner AS for the Philippine market, providing sales, after sales and support, and ancillary services for MP Boats within the territory.

Since then, the company has expanded its portfolio into the design and engineering services, providing annual dry-dock maintenance services, refit and repair, marine air-conditioning solutions and services, and material handling engineering and construction.

In 2014, CMSI ventured into FRP boat construction for the nautical luxury and recreation market, in cooperation with German engineering partner Red Engineering Ltd. and Efficient Maschinentechniks Inc. for precision machining and fabrication. Together, we built a total of 6 concept boats, tagged the Ingmar Cruiser series, which were exhibited at the Sea-Ex Nautical Expo in Manila and at the Interboot Watersports Exhibition in Friedrichshafen, Germany.

In 2015, the company acquired its waterfront production facility in Bacoor, Cavite, ideal for its boat building and marine servicing operations and positions the company for continued growth in the many years ahead.

      Backed by the latest in 3D CAD/CAM software technologies, CMSI offers 3D CAD/CAM Modeling and Simulation, Hull and Structural Design and Analysis, Hydrostatics and Stability Calculations, Motions Analysis, Finite Elements Analysis and CAD/CAM Detailing and Outfitting.

        Engineering & Repair Services

        CMSI has over 9 years of marine engineering maintenance repair and restoration services for all types of on-board equipment and machinery. We offer marine air-conditioning and refrigeration repairs and services, hydraulic systems repairs/replace services, engine and propulsion systems servicing, etc.

          New Construction of Luxury Yachts and Recreation Boats

          CMSI also specializes in FRP boat construction for the recreation and nautical lifestyle market using the latest in composite technologies. We have built a total of 6 concept boats, 4 of which were exported to Germany per order and consequently displayed at the Interboot Watersports Exhibition.

            Materials Handling Design, Engineering and Construction

            CMSI offers turn-key and custom solutions for all your marine materials handling requirements. We have a wide selection of ready-made and custom davits, cranes, and winches for all types of lifting and pulling applications.

              Marine Engineering Services

              CMSI offers marine engineering ranging from minor repairs and maintenance, equipment installation, to full outfits/refits on superyachts. Our engineering team focuses on quality, safety and reliability that our customers continue to rely on.
